Welcome to FlightForecasts, a flight monitoring and notification service (the “Service”). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the site or app.

1. Overview

Our Service helps travelers stay informed about upcoming flights through proactive notifications and flight monitoring tools. We gather information from multiple third-party aviation and weather data providers, but we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of that information.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the Service. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is truthful and current.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, please notify us immediately at support@flightforecasts.com.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, and included features are listed on our website and may change with notice.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or another trusted payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only if both of the following conditions are met:

• The subscription is being canceled; and
• No flight notifications have been sent during the current subscription period.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@flightforecasts.com. Refunds are not available once any notification has been delivered under that subscription period.

6. Service Limitations

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the reliability of our data and notifications. However, flight schedules, operational data, and weather reports are subject to change without notice.

The Service should not be your only source of travel information—always confirm flight details directly with your airline or travel provider.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, without liability.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
• Interfere with the operation of the Service; or
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute data without written permission.

8. Data and Privacy

We collect and use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described there.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of information. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from schedule changes, cancellations, technical issues, or reliance on our notifications.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or misusing the Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
